Not Quite the Right Fit?

Try them on, and if they’re not perfect, return them in their original condition with packaging and if included swing tags attached. Head over to our online returns portal,  once we receive your return, we’ll issue your store credit.

If you're new to Ola and ordered a bundle pack, try one & wear one pair first. If it doesn’t make you happy, we’ll accept the unworn pairs from the bundle. Don't forget to rock your own undies under your Ola when test-driving our gear for returns.

Easy-Breezy Returns

No stress, no fuss – just easy returns. Use our online returns portal for simple steps to follow, and we'll handle the rest. Returns are for store credit only and must be made within 30 days of your purchase. We’ll check the returned items, and if they’re in original condition, you’ll get a store credit via email. Allow up to 5 business days for processing. If the return doesn’t meet our standards, we’ll let you know, and you’ll need to cover the cost to send it back to you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable delivery method with a signature, as we’re not responsible for any lost items during transit. Due to our fast-moving stock, we can’t offer direct exchanges, but your store credit gives you the flexibility to purchase whatever you like, whenever you like - no expiry!

What If You Get a Rare Damaged Item?

If you receive a rare faulty item, we’ll sort it out ASAP.

To maintain top-notch hygiene standards, we can’t accept returns for worn pairs. It’s nothing personal – no one wants to share underwear!
