BOXING DAY Sale Terms & Conditions

Ola Boxing Day Sale - Discounted items are FINAL SALE; ie; looking for a forever home & can not be returned.

Due to Christmas/New Year Shutdown period orders will not be dispatched between the 20th of December & 7th of January.  Please allow up to 2 weeks from this date for your order to be dispatched.

Sale Policies:

  • No Order Changes: Orders cannot be canceled or changed once placed.
  • Final Sale: Discounted Items purchased in our Boxing Day Sale are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit unless deemed to have a manufacturing fault, in which case they will be replaced or refunded.

Exclusions:

  • Selected Items Only: The sale applies to selected items & colours only and is not sitewide.
  • Excluded Items: Selected Colours, Bundles, gift vouchers, selected products and any pre-order items are not included in the sale.

Additional Codes:

  • No Additional Discounts: Promo codes or influencer discount codes cannot be used during the Boxing Day Sale. These will be deactivated for the duration of the sale.

Other Offers:

  • No Combining Offers: The Boxing Day Sale cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

Stock and Oversold Items:

  • Limited Stock: Due to high demand, some items may sell out quickly.
  • Oversold Items: If an item you ordered is out of stock or oversold, and you haven’t selected the substitution option at checkout, you will receive a full refund for that item to your original payment method. If the substitution option is selected, you will receive the same style in another colour, chosen at random.

Order Cancellation and Review Rights:

  • Right to Cancel or Review Orders: Ola reserves the right to review and cancel orders at any time for reasons such as suspected fraud, errors in product availability, or other unforeseen issues. In such cases, customers will be refunded in full to their original payment method, and notification will be provided.

Pricing:

  • Dynamic Pricing: Prices may fluctuate during the sale period. The price at the time of purchase is final, and no price adjustments will be made for previously purchased items if prices change.

Shipping and Dispatch Delays:

  • Dispatch Delays: Due to high order volumes and the Christmas/New Year shutdown period, dispatch times may extend up to 2 weeks beyond our regular shipping schedule. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Note that express post refers to the shipping method only.
  • Carrier Delays: Delivery times may be extended due to Aus Post delays beyond our control. Please allow additional time for delivery, especially during peak periods.

Site Errors and Inaccuracies:

  • Handling Errors: In the event of errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on our website during the Boxing Day Sale (e.g., product descriptions or pricing), Ola reserves the right to correct these, update information, or cancel orders if necessary. These rights apply even after orders have been submitted.
  • Right to Amend: Ola reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, including during the sale period.
