If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at orders@olathelabel.com.au as soon as you can and we'll do our best. Once it's left the warehouse, we can't make changes.
Email orders@olathelabel.com.au straight away. If we catch it before it ships, we'll fix it. If it's already on its way, we'll work with you to sort it.
That's on us. Email orders@olathelabel.com.au with a photo and your order number and we'll make it right.
Add your pieces to cart and the bundle discount applies automatically, no code needed. Mix colours, mix sizes, make your bundle your own.
Yes. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

World wide! Pop your address in at checkout and it'll let you know your shipping cost.
Australia: Standard $10, free over $120. Express $15.
International rates calculated at checkout.
Australia: 2–7 business days.
New Zealand: 5–10 business days.
US and international: 7–14 business days. Slightly longer during sales, but we're worth the wait.
Yes. Express shipping is available at checkout. Just a heads up, express refers to the postage time, not the dispatch order.
Check your tracking link first. If it's been longer than expected and there's no update, email orders@olathelabel.com.au and we'll chase it down.
RETURNS
Return within 30 days of receiving your order, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Returns are store credit only, no refunds.
Head to our Returns Portal, enter your order details and follow the steps.
Yes, try one pair on over your own underwear. If it's not right, send the rest back unopened and we'll issue store credit on those.
We don't do direct exchanges, but the process is simple. Return for store credit and reorder in the size you need.
Allow 5–7 business days from when we receive it. You'll get an email when your store credit is ready to use.

Yes. Ola Fits like it was made for you. Because it kind of was.
In seamless go with the smaller of the two for that second-skin feel. So if you're a 12–14, choose the M. Each product will have a recommendation in the size guide.
No underwire on any of our crops, they're designed to support without the cage. The Grace Crop has removable padding if you want the option.
The thong gives you full tummy coverage with nothing in the back. The brief is full coverage front and back for that secured, tucked-in feel.
